Regeneration of commercial building in Macclesfield.

Bramhall Town Planning are thrilled to be supporting Maison de E’tre Property Solutions Ltd with the preparation and submission of a planning application to seek the change of use of a former commercial building to two town houses.

The regeneration of the building benefits from an edge of town centre location and is anticipated to provide a welcome contribution to the regeneration of the fringe area of Macclesfield.

The planning application is expected to be submitted in Spring 2019.
