Church Conversion

Bramhall Town Planning, on behalf of Marple Road Developments, has led the submission of a planning application for the conversion of the Former Offerton Church, Stockport to 8 duplex apartments.

The Former Offerton Church is a locally listed church and thus detailed due care and attention in the submission has been provided, along with detailed care and consideration of the neighbouring locality.

A decision is expected towards the middle of 2020.
