Care Home Extension Planning Permission Granted!

Thrilled for our clients in Warrington to gain planning permission for their care home extension, to create more bedrooms and care opportunities, with an excellent design by Vishal Verma of Nu Concepts.

👉🏻 This was the 2nd application our client had submitted. 

👉🏻 The first stalled significantly so Vishal and I were then brought in.

I set out a strategy and whilst it was not without its challenges, resident objections, parish council objection, Conservation Area matters, trees and parking.... thank you @stevebowers @dannywaugh and @matthewlally for contributing to getting this planning permission.
