New Cancer & Surgical Innovation Centre

Planning permission obtained for a New Cancer and Surgical Innovation Centre!

Fantastic to lead another application for MTX Contracts Ltd in conjunction with their technical team and with an incredible design by @Dayarchitectural for Royal Surrey County Hospital.

Like many hospitals, the demand for land and floorspace to accommodate clinical facilities and supporting facilities for staff and patients along with infrastructure needs, costs and timing to serve their patients, is always a challenge. The new theatre building is proposed as a modular concept for speed and delivery to aid these challenges and MTX are the leading experts in this field. 👍🏻  

As always with the planning system, we had one or two challenges but we got there🏆
