Transforming a redundant brownfield site.

This was a complex application due to its flood risk zone locations.

Thanks to an incredible design by DAY Architectural Ltd (the building design is elevated), planning permission was approved for a Community Diagnostics Centre in Skegness.

My client MTX Contracts Ltd will deliver this incredible modular design.

Allowing a vital facility to be delivered and start serving the community.
