Planning Permission Approved!

Fantastic to work with clients Red Tree Building Contractors on the expansion of their office and adjoining land in Salford. After a less than favourable pre-app indication, back and forth on highways matters and a request for £30K contribution per credit for off site Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG). 

All were resolved.

I'm pleased to say with the client's excellent design and help from @lizkenyon of Alistair McLeod 's Ascerta team all BNG on site was provided including ingenious green walls.

I look forward to seeing this delivered!

Getting to grips with the implications on new legislation and policy can be daunting, particularly if it kills the viability of your scheme. If you are promoting a site be aware of this potential BNG cost in the viability of your schemes.
