Planning Permission Approved - Family Home Rebuild

For many years my business plan has meant that I don't act on domestic projects....

.... whist this is a business decision.... occasionally there are exceptions!

I helped clients Michael and Vivian in 2017 obtain an extension on their house .... I was asked to helped them again in 2024 when they had moved cities.

M & V were my 2nd clients when I set up Bramhall Town Planning in 2017, and yes I got them planning permission for their home, and I know it meant a lot to them.

So 7 years later, in a different city, with objections from the council and when they had been let down by their architect, they reached out to me. With officer and neighbour objections, I had to help again.

So pleased we got planning permission ✅ just before Christmas for their new home.

It was also lovely of them to think of me at Christmas and send me a lovely card (and gift).

For me, I look forward to them reconfiguring, building their new family home though and realising what they set out to achieve 12 months ago.
